I have a Christmas jelly roll that I want to use. Besides Chinese Coins, what would be a fairly simple pattern to use? Thanks for your suggestions.

Log Cabin would be good.

Rail fence.

To me, the rail fence is easier than the log cabin. However, a turning twenty is also a nice simple quilt. Good Luck

I put some ideas together for my quilt guild and used strip pieces of Christmas fabric. Here are some of my samples. It might give you ideas for wall hangings, table toppers, coasters, quilts. I had fun exploring the possibilities with strip piecing.
Also I love I love log cabin, rail fence, etc.
