Hi. I was wondering if anybody can tell how I can identify if i got a civil war reproduction print or not. I am getting really confused about this. I don't know what qualifies. I searched and searched the web and can't really find a good site with pictures. Can anybody help me out PLEASE :)

I dont have it right off the top of my head but there is a quilt book you can buy (probably used or loan from library) that shows true civil war prints.. there are several GREAT books on quilts of the time, how they were made, with what.. and also a super great quilt book on quilts of the Oregon trail out there. I loved reading that one.. we are so incredibly fortunate.. yes yes we are.

Don't some of the online stores have sections that are nothing but civil war prints?

Judy Rothermel, of Aunt Grace's fabrics, carries a line of CW prints. Their website is Schoolhouse Quilts I believe. schoolhousequilts.com ?

I was going to suggest Bonnie Blue as well. Great online shopping store - I have bought from this shop and I live in Australia.
