Civil war quilts.

My DH bought me a set of 11 fabrics all a yard or more in coordinating fabrics for Christmas. I have never been in a position to have the fabric first and then find a pattern to go with it. I usually know what I am going to make and then buy the fabric for it. So I am asking for suggestions on what to do with it. I guess I don't have to use all the material in one quilt. I wish I had my own camera so I could post a pic. Will charge the batteries to my DH camera and hopefully post later. Thanks beth

I like civil war fabrics in quilts with star blocks.

Thank you ladies. I love the fons and porter magazine. The evening star looks wonderful.I think I have my quilt I want to make. :-) Yea... Now I can start on it while I start on a memory quilt for my daughter.
