cleaning a self-healing cutting board

Does anyone have a suggestion for cleaning lint that's been embedded in cuts on a self-healing cutting board? Help please.

Some on QB like the Mr. Clean magic eraser. Someone else posted they like the giant pink eraser from the Dollar store.

I use the plastic mesh pot scrubbers from the Dollar Store.

I use a piece of medium-fine sandpaper to remove the fibers that get caught in the groves made by the rotary cutter.

I soak mine in the tub, rub it down with a mesh pot holder, no soap, then layout on cabinet to dry. It removes dirt and the lint in the groves.
