Clover's "wonder clips" for binding

I ordered some of these clips (50 pk) and was wondering if anyone else has tried them? Do you like them or not? What are your opinions about them? Just hoping that I didn't make a mistake in buying them but I have been eyeing them since I first seen them in a magazine.

I have not tried those. I use hair clips from the dollar store. I think these might be better.

I just went to an all day binding class. It was terriffic. We got to use the binding clips and I did like them. The joke was that you only needed one ... so buy a card or 10 and share with 9 friends. The clips are good for normal binding ... not so much for larger or fuller binding.

I don't bother using clips or anything. Just hold the binding down while I sew. Sometimes at the corners, I pin so a clip might help there.

I used the binder clips you get from an office store. They seem to work as well as anything.

i bought them after trying them at a quilt class...i love them and use them all of the time..the flat bottom creates no bulk or distortion and they are easily removed with one hand while sewing...i use to use the clips but they are much more cumbersome and don't allow the quilt to lie as flat...well worth the investment for me anyway

I really like them. I have only used them on small projects. They hold the corners well on mug rugs!

I really love mine. They're so easy to move and most of the time the thread slides right off. That's the only trouble I had with using binder clips from the office supply place - my thread kept getting caught. Maybe it was just me.
