not that hard to tempt someone who is always looking for a reason to spend money on fabric, is it? :wink:

Thanks for posting this information.
I kept some of my grandmothers housecoats when she passed away. I thought they would be used to make some comforting throws. Like "Hugs from Grandma".
Haven't done anything with them yet. Have had trouble with my hand. But they are waiting for me when I am ready to use them. I had been wondering what is the best way to cut them for use. Thanks to you I now have some direction.

I just got thru cutting up 5 of my husbands work shirts for the backing of his quilt. :D It was a little time consuming but now i have a baggie full of navy buttons and I had enough fabric for the entire backing. Yeah!

Oh sure!!! It is for cutting up men's shirts, not womens. LOL! Poor hubbies won't know what hit thier closets. Ha ha ha ha ......
