Great finds and that panel is ADORABLE.
Great finds! I love the panel. Please post pictures when you finish it.

Very cute panel, if you can't find anything to do with it you can mail it to me...wink wink. If you have a sewing room with free wall space it would be nice as a few wall hangings, OR a quilt for yourself, OR you an make market bags, OR table topper with place mats So many ideas, post a pic of finished project. I would love to see what you create
I'd buy it too and then not know what to do with it! Show us please when you're done.

Nice finds. The sewing panel is so cute!
The first thing I thought of when I saw it was a sewing machine cover. The second thing was a traveling tote to take your sewing goodies with you. Please show us what you decide to do with it. |
I bought the panel at the Temple Sew & Quilt Store in Temple, TX. I paid $6.48 + tax. Thanks for all of the great ideas.

I have a great idea for the panel, send it to me! lol
Nice items, the panel is very pretty, lucky you! |
Great panel, I love it!
Thanks for the ordering information. The panel is just too cute to resist!
I found the panel at Miller's Dry Goods in Charm, OH (www.millersdrygoods.com) and it was $3.95 plus tax.
We also stopped at a quilt store in Kidron, OH and they also had the panel (but I think it was $6.95 plus tax). But, if you are anywhere near Kidron, OH, they are having a huge "flood sale". I bought 8 yards of fabric for $4.00/yard and there wasn't a mark on any of it. I immediately washed it to be sure but it was all top quality fabric. Great deal. |
Yep! wall hanging or sewing machine cover for your sewing room, absolutely adorable! Let us know what you make.
Your panel is great! I also live in the Temple area, Salado, and read the message board daily, totally addicted to it...a neighbor and I get together at least weekly and quilt in my detached cottage on our property....maybe we should meet and quilt together, sometime...??
Would love to know you and compare "notes", I am a real newbie, only been quilting about 3 mo.... Thanks for your post, Molly Kirk |
aren't days like that fun????!!!! Problem is - I also spend more than intended if I go with someone....better to go alone pocketbook-wise for me!
Make a wall hanging out of the panel.
Love the panel, am anious to see what you make!!!!!!!!!!
Have to get one now, it's so cute. |
Great finds.
The first big picture with the mouse on the sewing machine would make an adorable sewing machine cover! Love it all.

GOOD SHOPPING.
should haved called me I just live in Killeen always like shopping
Use the panel to make a wall hanging quilt, but put flannel on the back, and the hanging sleeve at the top. Hang it in your sewing room, and reverse it for a design wall when you need one? (Just a thought...) I like things that do more than one thing.
great finds..
Good finds, you will love that paper piecing book, it is the one I first learned from. The panels are adorable.
Not sure what to do with the panel but it sure is pretty. You will
have to send a picture when you do figure out what to do with it. |
I just adore the panels you have found.
