I'm about to quilt a wall hanging which has prairie points in the middle and I was wondering if I should quilt over the points? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've never seen them quilted over.

I didn't think so but then I started second guessing myself. Thanks for taking the time to answer my question!

No

NO, leave them, they will provide dimension in your wallhanging!

No, otherwise they would have just been made as some sort of a pieced block. The prairie points are dimensional.

I've made them as borders, but I've never quilted them. That doesn't mean it wouldn't look good though.Try it and see how it comes out. A lot of good quilt ideas happen that way.

No, you move or pin them out of the way as you get to each one. They give your quilt a third dimension, which judges happen to love.
