I just got the Deco 500 used like the one you have. I have the manual but cannot locate the built in fonts! Can you tell me how to get to them??

All you need to do is touch the capital A on the screen. That should take you to the alphabets available on the machine. Enjoy.

I have 3 or 4 design CDs for a Bernina Artista If you can use on your machine let me know and you can have them just pay postage. I got at yard sale and cant use on my brother.

When I touch the capital A it only shows me the option for upper and lower case of standard block letters. But the lady said has different fonts ; (

Hello! I am new to this forum. Hope someone can help me out. I just got a used Deco 500 and am having a problem. It wants to stitch, but the top thread keeps winding around the bobbin. I'm using embroidery thread, rethreaded countless times, put the spool on a table spool holder....don't know what to do next. Any ideas? Thanks
