dream line quilt backing
 

This is the pre printed backing from Benartex that you quilt and then the lines wash out when you wash it. I bought some of this awhile back and am just getting around to using it. Does anyone know if you can iron the fabric before you quilt it? I am afraid that ironing the fabric will set the ink and then it won't wash out properly. Anyone have experience with this?

it's definitely an interesting idea!

I have a different one, don't remember the name, but it definitely said do not iron. If you don't need it all, you could just cut a small piece and try it to see what happens?
