Eleanor's block party?

Wondering if anyone has intention of signing up for her block party beginning on Jan. 8th. Online webcasts, new pattern every month, etc. etc. I'm considering it.

It is too expensive for me.
I like to go to her website and watch previous videos of her classes.

One drawback, for me, is that I like to see patterns before I buy them. There's no indication of what kind of designs these will be, whether they're paper-pieced, traditional, or applique, whether they will introduce new techniques... And it is $94!! That's about $8/pattern ($8x12 months=$96). Buying books with patterns that you know you like would be much less expensive. I suppose the value is probably there, with all the individual videos, but I just don't see any reason to participate, unless you really enjoy watching Eleanor.

I love Eleanor Burns and her ways but the block party is too pricey for me. I do have alot of her books and also watch the videos on her site.
