The top is finally finished! And I'm not sure how to quilt it and which batting would work the best. I'm thinking, after all this work, of making it a wall hanging. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for looking.

Go look at some of the quilting Charismah does for her customers. I think she would do a wavy design around the center embroidery just to have it quilted closer to than SID. Looking at it again, it's going to be hard to quilt in the white area. It is a beautiful quilt!

I Would do small stippling in each block around the designs. that way they will just pop up. Love the quilt. Very cute.

I have not gotten to FMQ but I have done quilts with embroidered blocks by outlining the embroidered objects in addition the the SID for sashing & borders.

It's just darling! I would probably stitch 1/4" from each seam of the sashing, then see if it needed more.
