I recently ordered 8 different fabrics from FabricsGalore. A small percent of the fabric did not meet my approval. It was the highest priced fabric of the entire order. I wrote to them today and they got right back to me and took care of the problem. They were very professional and concerned because I was a new customer. They were also going to take a look at the two fabrics i was not happy with a get rid of them.
