Fabrics4less.com sells fabric by the bolt. Pretty good prices too. You have to create an account and then login to see the prices, but you don't need a tax id to buy from them.

I bought a bolt from Marshall Dry Goods. Loved the fabric, and it ended up being only about $2.75 A yard.

Has anyone bought from them? How is the quality of the fabric?

I have purchased from Fabric4less several times. They carry many name brand manufacturers and the fabric is all first quality, but may not be current year/season. I stick with the manufacturers I know and have been very happy. The only down side is shipping may be quite high depending on where you live. 15 yards of fabric weighs a lot and they ship it on the cardboard bolt. Add in the packaging and the weight goes up. They charge you actual shipping, but you don't know what that will be until they ship. I'm in Michigan and I've had orders where the shipping came to almost $1/yard, however, even with the additional $1, the price was well worth it. They also have big markdowns on black Friday, and other markdowns thru the year.
I buy my backings and neutrals from them, and occasionally other prints that I split with quilting friends.
