I want to find some inexpensive fabric with kithen themes(coffee,tea fruits etc.) to make pot holders for Christmas. Who knows some good sites?

Whittles is an awesome place to buy fabric! Also, try over-the-rainbow, Fabric Shack and Rossville Quilts.

The fabrics at Whittles are VERY inexpensive and shipping isnt too bad. I just checked and to order 6 yrds of fabric sent to CA was about $10 with the average price of fabric about $3.50 a yrd to the expensive ones $6.50 a yard this is a very good value shop. Thanks for posting it!

most everything is $2.99 per yard. the highest per yard price i've seen there is $3.75.

their customer service is fabulous and they ship internationally.

I have been making potholders with my scraps instead of buying more fabric...using the 101 Quilted Potholders book for patterns. Lots of bright cheery colors.....red and yellows...blues and yellows, etc.
