Fall Mug Rug Patterns
 

Does anyone have any fall mug rug patterns they would like to share?

Go to bing look for color pages of fall or leaves

Simplest idea that comes to my mind would be appliqueing leaf shapes onto a background...you could even trace leaves you find in your yard. Optionally you could add a border around outside. Simple pieced leaves would also make a nice mug rug.

Oh...oh....oh....had one from last year....go outside and find a great large leaf, either a oak or fig works welll.
trace, make pattern, sew, and turn....finish with veins per real example.....

I was searching thru the tutorials on here, and I came across this. I am hoping to make some of these myself.
