Fancy Lady pincushion pattern

Does anyone remember the fancy dressed lady pincushions on candlestick bases that someone made (quite a while ago)? I thought I'd saved it, but have no luck finding it.

I love this & made one last year for an exchange thingy I was in. It was fun!
