Has anyone ordered from this internet site and how is the customer service?

yes I have many times, I've called looking for certain colors or prints and she (Karen I think) is very nice and helpful.

I have many times and always happy with there service and allways quick shipping unless otherwise noted sometimes around the holidays.

I have only placed one order with them and I do remember getting great service/packaging.

Bought lots from them and always have been very happy!

They have a giant collection of fabrics and always had good service from them. I had a collection of fabric and I didn't know if the Moda Snow, Wheat, Sugar, etc. would match the background white of the fabric I had. I emailed them and asked and they replied that Sugar was the best match.
