All kinds of feet are available. There is a plastic quarter inch foot and a metal one with a guide built in (just like my Bernina foot for the same purpose.) Also, all the standard sewing feet, like a zipper foot.

There are many sources and a commercial wholesaler, Brewster, sells all kinds of pieces and parts for the Featherweight. This was not so about 20 years ago, but now the popularity has increased supply.

They all work with a screw that inserts in the side and screws into the bar coming down. Easy peasy.

You don't say what kind of foot you are looking for, but sweetana3 is right that there are lots of different feet available. The Featherweight is a "short shank" machine. Feet do not have to be made by Singer to fit them, but even vintage Singer feet are easy to find.

One tip is that the thread cutter may have to be removed from the needle bar in order to accommodate some speciality feet, such as a walking foot.

If you venture over to the For "Vintage & Antique Machine Enthusiasts" there is a lot of information you can get about the Featherweight and where to buy parts. All the Ladies and Gents are a wealth of information and eager to help.

I can highly recommend Jenny and Sew-Classic. She has been extremely helpful in my purchasing lots of parts and pieces for my Featherweight and my 301s. She is fast and not expensive. Here is the link to the parts section of her site: http://shop.sew-classic.com/1-Sewing...e-Parts_c2.htm

It is not unusual for thrift shops to have boxes of vintage feet, just make sure you are getting the low shank attachments. My husband just picked some up for 2.99 at a Goodwill. Sellers on e-bay have them too.

Any vintage Singer feet or attachments will fit a Featherweight as long as they are short shank. All of my accessories for my Singer 201 will fit my Featherweight. Singer slant needle machines (301 for example) have feet that will not fit a Featherweight. I often can find boxes of old Singer feet and attachments at my local second hand store for next to nothing. Somehow they seem to get easily separated from their original machine. I bought a buttonholer for $3 and a box with a zipper foot, ruffler, seam guide, screw drivers etc for $1.
