would take whatever machine I would be using from start to finish on whatever projects I take. Different machines have different 1/4" measures and such.

I just bought a smaller Bernina to take to classes - my big Bernina is just too heavy. My little machine has all the stitches I need to take a class. Changing from one brand to another can cause issues with the 1/4" accuracy.
