Folk Art Applique
Am looking for patterns for folk art type farm scenes...animals, barns, etc. Anyone have ideas of where I should look??

Don't laugh, check out children's coloring books. I used to do Stained Glass, many years ago and this was recommended to me. There are a lot of simple patterns available that are easy to trace. Good luck!
Maybe check on the Williamsburg, VA website. They might have some theme coloring books that have pictures in the mode you are looking for. |
Try charity shops (Goodwill) for Folk Art books look for ones with the topic you are after, they have the line patterns which you can enlarge and also the colours which would help with fabric choices. I use mine for floral designs for painted cushions and lamp shades.

Woodworking books have patterns of just about everything. They would be a lot like color books. These can be found for low prices at half.com, flea markets, etc. Or go to library and copy what you like.

Have you tried searching google images? I find a lot of great designs for free, and I love that they are scalable, so I can size very easily.
