Fort Worth Fabric Studio - Super Service!!!
 

I had a little shopping spree last Friday at my favorite LQS "Fabric & Friends" in Roanoke, IN. I am obsessed with the Moda collection "Ruby" I bought 1/4 yard cuts of all the bolts in this collection that they had. When I got home, I decided that 1/4 yards were not enough plus I wanted the fabrics that Fabric & Friends did not have. I have purchased from Fort Worth Fabric Studios before and decided I would check to see what they had in stock. Well, I wound up buying 1/4 yards more of the fabrics I had already bought earlier in the day and 1/2 yard cuts of the fabrics they had that my LQS didn't. I placed my order around 5pm on Friday and when I got home from class today at 4pm, the box of lovely fabrics was stuck between my doors!!! That's what I call prompt service!!!!

In May of 2011, I had pre-ordered 2 quilt kits from Fort Worth. I didn't open them until December as they were Christmas presents for family. I realized that I was shorted the same fabric in both kits. I checked their website and they didn't have the fabric in stock. I called right away and I was told that they had not put the kits together, they had come pre made from Robert Kaufman fabrics. I was instructed to call Robert Kaufman and if they couldn't help me to call Fort Worth back and they would order the fabric from somewhere online and have it shipped to me, free of charge!

This, along with their prices, is why this is one of my "Go To" online stores!
