Has anyone tried this free motion slider thing? Someone recommended it to me--she said it's awesome. |
I never heard of it, but then again, there's alot of things I have never heard of. Had to do a Google search to see what it is.
So, basicly, it sticks to your faceplate, so the fabric glides easier??? |

I have one and I like it. Your hands and arms won't tire out as quickly if you use it.

i splurged on one and i love it! now that i have my table extension, i'm all set to go! it does help keep your hangs/fingers from getting as tired!

Works great for me too!

 I for one don't consider it inexpensive but after using it I sure wouldn't want to free-motion quilt without it. Now if I could just manage to get a Great Deal on a longarm & have a place to put it I would be a HAPPY Quilter.

I have one and what a difference it made for me!!!!!! I wouldn't try anything free motion again w/o it. It's about 20 bucks, stays in place and your fabric just slides around for you without getting hung up on it. Actually I should have put it on the post for "must haves"!

I have one and I love it. If it gets linty on the sticky bottom you just rinse it off and let dry. For me it evens out the space between my machine and the acrylic extender table so I don't get caught on the bumps.

I have one and find a big difference machine quilting with it. It works great. I was getting so frustrated by the drag when free motion quilting. This helps greatly.
