Fun Quilt blocks sewn

2 Attachment(s)
I have the blocks sewn for a quilt. I laid them out last night.I have the half blocks made now to fill in the sides. Should I add a plain sashing around the blocks? This is not the final lay out.But it gave me a chance to see how this will work. These are fun and easy to make. judy j

I like it without sashing I made several single ones as table toppers. Yours are so fun.

Those are great blocks! I really love the way they turned out. I would add sashing so that the individually of each block would show. Very fun.

Take a pic with sashing to see which you like better. Looks great to me like this!

I would not add sashing. The blocks are more interesting when the eye goes smoothly from one to the next.

I like them how you have them laid out. You have a dark outer strip against the next light outer strip so the blocks have enough contrast to show up. I don't think white sashing would look as good. Neat blocks!

They look wonderful the way they are in your layout. You have the outer dark strips against lighter ones of the next block. They make for a really great quilt.
