First off, I'm not sure if this the right room in the forum for this. This is all uncharted territory for me. I've got the basic bones all set up (good). The next steps in this learning curve are scaring me (bad). I'm certain that I have a very good product at a very good price (good). I am having anxiety about making the shop look pretty (bad). I am inexperienced about using paypal (except for the buying part - LOL). All of the picture taking and posting pics is new to me but I am getting the hang of it (good).

So all in all, I would like to talk to people who have done this before so that these baby steps won't turn into bo-bo's. In other words, YIKES!

Thanks for listening!

I have a little shop on Artfire. I had all of the same concerns when I started. Fortunately I have a friend who had done it also, and a daughter who helped me with my banner. That was hard! I got experience with the Paypal part when I made my first sale. All in all, you just have to go ahead and do it! Good luck!

Sweet, Go for it!! I sell(and buy) on Ebay and Paypal is the same for the seller as the buyer, however I'm not familiar with Etsy (what I mean is I haven't sold there)
You send them an invoice and they pay you through Paypal.
Good luck!!!! :)

I would like to take the leap too, but...to afraid?
not sure what is holding me back, other than don't know how to do all the computer stuff. I do have a paypal account to accept payments.
