Does anyone have this cutter and do you consider it superior to the friskers or the olfa ? I am considering purchasing it because their scissors are so great.

I have it. It is the blade that is different. It is titanium (I think) and is supposed to last longer. I like my Clover cutter just as well.

I like the ergonomics of my Gingher better than my Olfa. It is definitely my favorite rotary cutter.

Never heard of a Gingher rotary cutter before, but then I've never heard of a Friskers either. I'm thinking that's a typo and should be Fiskars. (For a moment I thought you were talking about cat food; wait, that's Frisky's. :-) ) My Fiskars rotary cutter has an ergo handle and it is my favorite.

IMHO it is personal preference. I buy the ones that best fit my hand and do not cause me as much pain to use as some of the others :D:D:D

Have one, rarely use it, love my Olfas

My dil has one and recommended it. So when I saw a good sale at Joann's I bought one. Yes I do think it is superior to Olfa. Cuts like a hot knife through butter. Warning: the replacement blades are expensive. I got mine from Williams Sonoma. If you can afford the best, why not have it?

I love my Gingher rotary cutter!! I've never had an Olfa cutter. I've borrowed one a time or two at sewing days and I don't like them at all. I have several Fiskars cutters and the Gingher is way better.
