Glare from your "bendable bright light"? Tip

I'm very sensitive to the glare of this little light and didn't like the tight focus of the beam. Tip: unscrew the plastic lens from the end of it! Wider light, absolutely nice and bright, no glare! :D

Awesome tip! I'll be taking the lens off mine!

Thank you for the tip. Bright light hurts my eyes and I can't use anything with a glare.

Now if there was a way to take the "brightness" off my tweezers and make them more "grippable" at the same time! Maybe an acid bath?

I gave up the tweezers in favor of black hemostats. Hemostats have lots better grip than tweezers. I got mine from a scissor dealer at a quilt show.

For the tweezers, how about wrapping the handle with the medical self adhesive wrap...gives grip and would cover enough of the metal to reduce any glare!
