Just a tidbit about Glow in the Dark thread----do not put the quilt in the dryer-it will no longer glow.

I use the glow in the dark thread on my embroidery machine. Made dinosaurs on our grandson's pajamas and a pumpkin on another pj top, it is great fun to sew with!

I didn't realize this. It would put a crimp into making a quilt for DGD with it.

Never used it so couldn't tell you anything about it, but the site says it is dryer safe. You might do a little sample of it and throw it in the dryer and see what it does.

I have washed and dried my clothes with glow in the dark thread embroideries on them, and they are still glowing strong!
