I have one of these, with a fine tip. I want to use it to help match points. What kind of glue should I put in it?

Thanks

Elmers school glue. Then heat set with your iron. When you are finished, it washes right out!

I use Elmer's or any other white, washable school glue. :D:D:D
Heat set with a dry iron.

Elmer's

What happens if you don't heat set it?

I guess it would dry eventually and stick? not sure ~ i've never been that patient..but you wouldn't be able to handle your project until it did dry. If you heat set it it sticks like..well..glue~instantly. =)

Thanks! I bought a bottle of Roxanne Glue-Baste-It, but haven't tried it yet. It takes 3-5 minutes to dry. No mention of heat set.

School Glue and basting glue are not glues at all. It it a thick starch. So thick that you can dilute a bottle of Elmer's School glue to make a gallon or more of heavy starch.

I use a glue stick (Elmer's washable). Instant bond, no iron or dry time. I'm into instant gratification!!!

I didn't know that!!! And the glue is so cheap I'm going to try it. I mix my own starch and prefer it to spray starch.
