Do you have a go cutter? Is it handy and do you like it?

I love my go.. Ive collected my dies over the last 5 years for holidays and birthdays and for just because days.

My Go died so hubby got me a new one after five years of wonderful service.. I have the Alto2 but I use my GO 95% more than the Alto..

Yes and also the Studio. I prefer the Studio, more sturdy and also has alot of dies and now you can also use the Go dies with it. I love these machines. As far as buying DIES for the GO I have found 99% of them on eBay and I buy in bulk or did when I needed them and always got it at 40-50% or less retail. I remember one time bidding on a bundle that had the GO and 14 dies which I got for less than the price of the GO machine when it is all sale. Since I already had a GO I gave that one to a friend with 3-4 dies and kept the other dies I needed and sold the doubles I might have had for what I paid for it.

I also buy all my mats from eBay seller fabrichut67 when they have BIN/Best Offer. I make them an offer on mats and bundles dies and sometimes individuals and only once did they not accept the offer so I passed on it. When I buy the mats I buy at least ten of the size I need at my offer and they have never refused those.

The Go Baby is on sale at various online sites for $89 from time to time. I have the Go and the Go Baby and would buy them again. The Go dies are all for quilting, the Studio has many dies for quilts and craft projects. It is my favorite quilting tool. Dies aren't expensive if you sign up for sale alerts from the vendors and shops that sell them. Many quilt blogs lists the sales as they are found. Most of the dies I have I bought at 40% - 60% off. You have to put in a little research to find the sales, they aren't going to jump in your lap. I cut out five complete DWR qeeen size quilts yesterday at my sewing group using my Go. Expensive? Never crossed my mine after finishing cutting those. My sew buddies each bought their own die cutting mat, I don't share my die cutting mats. They are great sewing buddies, they each gave me two yards of fabric for use of the Go to cut their DWR.

I have a Studio and wouldn't trade it for anything. I buy the dies as money allows. Right now I am working on a Take Five quilt using the die to cut it. All pieces come out perfect. So if the quilt doesn't align just right I can't blame it on the cutting!!

I have both the go cutter and the stuido and I love them.

I am really happy with mine. Makes triangle sewing really easy.

i have the go and am realy happy with it although i wish i had the room and $$ for the studio its alot better for cutting large amounts off fabric.

Love mine. Best investment for me, because I,m not exactly the world,s greatest cutter.
This way, I know they are corrrect.

I have the Go - tried it a couple of times, put it away. i went to a quilt show in NJ this past week and attended a demonstration of the Go. I am going to get brave and try it again. Lately I like sampler quilts, and more intricate designs - my goals for the Accuquilt go is to cut squares and strips from all my scraps. A goal for next winter.
