Grandmother's quilt

Where can I get an old quilt dated?

Try your state historical society, or universities.

You might contact a quilt appraiser in your area, see if they can either date the quilt for you or give you a referral to someone who can.

Do you belong to a quilt guild? People in the guild I am in do quilt documentation every year. Maybe you could ask around and someone there will know where or who to send you to.

Or try the American Quilters Society for a certified appraiser in your area: http://www.americanquilter.com/quilt...appraisers.phphttp://www.americanquilter.com/quilt...appraisers.php
