I ordered a moda solids color card from hancock's of paducah's website. I paid about $20 for it plus shipping (I ordered some clearance fabric too, to make the shipping more worth it). Well it turns out this is a BIG color card. They encased it in a flat rate mailing box and put that into a big envelope but the color card was still bent, almost in half. It didn't damage it so much but the printing on the back (which shows which solids are available in precuts) was messed up and it just keeps bending so I have to literally unbend the thing to open it. However, it is still usable. I emailed and suggested they ship in boxes because for me, this method wasn't working. They asked if I wanted a new color card or a refund. Well like I said, the card is still usable and all so I didn't think a full refund was in order. I did say a partial refund or some store credit would be nice. They are going to credit my cc with half of it. I'm very happy with that!
