I know sometimes y'all ask about our experiences with on-line quilt shops. I ordered from todaysquilting.com this afternoon.
Not only did the shopping cart ask me for instructions about what to do if they didn't have the yardage I ordered, they followed up on those instruction. One of the pieces I ordered 2yds of. They had 2 (1yd) pieces and it works for me so I said send it please. Another piece I ordered 4yds for backing. Told her I could use 2 (2yd) pieces and she actually took the time and trouble to re-e-mail me (is that even a word?) and tell me which fabrics they had 4yds of. She made the changes herself so I did not have to go back to the website and re-order. And ladies, these were sale prices ($5.99/yd) so they aren't making a big profit by any means. This place gets a definite A+++++ for customer service.
