Guild Christmas Idea
 

The town where our guild is located has a "Christmas Tree Walk" every year. Different clubs decorate trees and the people there and from surrounding communities come together to view the trees. We had been doing little crafty decorations but last year we each made at least 4 blocks of red and white (not Christmas fabric) to hand on the tree. After Christmas we took all the blocks and used brown fabric to go with them and made them into Charity Quilts. We had enough blocks to make 2 large throws. We liked the idea so much we are going to make it an ongoing tradition. This year our theme is ice blue and white.
