I told my DH that for my birthday he can order me the "meowsy wowsy" CD set that includes foundation papers and a CD with a bunch of cat patterns. The charge for the pattern showed up on his credit card on November 18th but the CD still has not arrived! He said he has called them and emailed them but no one has gotten back to him. I am getting ready to take matters into my own hands and email them myself. I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered from them before and if they were ok?

they should be fine. i'd complain. customer service means keeping the customer happy. every company is short handed these days. do call or email them again.
i get her free patterns in email. love them. and have ordered before but long ago.

I would call and email them one more time, letting them know that you are going to have the charges reversed if they do not respons ASAP Give them the order number and the date the purchase was made... I know it is a busy time of year, but it has been long enough for both the package to arrive and/or for them to respond to your enquiries.

I did take your advice and sent off an email. she got back to me right away and is resending the pattern :-D
