Help with purchasing new machine.

I have been looking at the Brother Innov-is NX2000. Well I was just told that the Brother QC 1000 is the same machine. Does anyone else know this. I have really been wanting the NX2000 but if the QC1000 is the same I would purchase this machine. Please can anyone help me?

I think that the Brother QC 1000 has 162 stitches, the NX2000 has 460. I think there will be more differences between the two machines. I have the NX2000, good machine and I bought it from a great shop with good service.

I have the Laura Ashley Innovis 2000 and really like it. I have had it over a year and really love all the different stitches and the large throat. I don't know anything about the QC 1000, but I don know the Innovis 2000's twin is the Babylock Symphony. I got an amazing deal on mine at only $1300.

The NX-2000 is the replacement for the QC-1000 and has more stitches and comes with 2 extra accessories (circular attachment, and bobbin work kit), other than the additional stitches there is essentially no difference
