hexagon addict
I have made many hexagons, size 1.5 inches and have been looking for some great patterns to make with them.
Dos anyone have any great ideas? |
There are many variations of the Grandmothers Flower Garden. Look that up and see if any of those suit your fancy.

https://www.google.com/search?q=hexa...w=1366&bih=643 I have no idea if this link will work, you may have to be a member of the english paper piecing group to see it, but I thought this snail trail lay out was brilliant https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=1&theater There are a lot of shapes that work well with epp, not just hexagons ;) |
I'm addicted to hexies too! I had a break from them to finish off a load of quilts that needed doing by Christmas and I really missed being able to just pick it up and do a bit whenever I felt like it.
I've just started a new one that is similar to the snail trail one above, but I designed it myself. I used the design sheets that are available for free on the paper pieces website and just coloured them in until I found a design that I really liked :-) |
