Sue, I don't know where you live but many Mennonite women hand quilt for hire. I would google it.

In my area Senior Citizen groups do handquilting at the Senior Citizen Center.

Perhaps someone here on the board is interested - but if not, I know of an Amish and Mennonite group that will do it. They did one for me and it's gorgeous. PM me if interested
