I gave up on any response from hobbs bonded fibers, so i took my bad roll of batting back to Hobby lobby. i had no receipt and they wouldn't even exchange it. I told them to keep it and throw it away since i couldn't use it.
Well today a huge box arrived with two rolls of queen size fusible batting, no note or anything. but I'm happy and will certainly use it!!! so my email must have worked. |
I don't remember your original post about this. What was wrong with the batting?
|
I am so happy to hear that they made good on their product :D:D:D

I like what you did at the store. Kuddos. That is wonderful that they sent you more.

Hooray for you!
I'm glad you're happy with the outcome. Here's your original post in case anyone has forgotten what the problem was. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-52326-1.htm |

It's Hobbs Heirloom fusible batting sold at Hobby Lobby. Hobby Lobby didn't want to stand behind what they sold, but Hobbs did, finally. I'm happy enough.
other quilters have said they had problems with fusible batting when pulling it apart, they got holes. that never happened to me until this roll. hopefully it won't happen again. |
Wow, I'm glad it worked out. Thanks for keeping us posted.
