I am making a bag for my Mothers walker and I don't know how to put the loops on the ribbon that tighten up after you put the ribbon on the bag? Does anyone know what I am talking about? Thanks Suzanne

Are you talking about D rings? If so, you just thread 2 rings on one end of the webbing, then fold the end over out 1" and stitch securely, trapping the 2 rings in the loop. To use, thread the other end of the webbing thru both then back thru the one closest to the end.

I figured it out, thanks anyway.

You could use loop and tape instead. Like Velcro
