I've made one and I just love it. If I can do it, anyone can. I took a one day class and I don't remember if the pattern says to make a "cheat sheet" with a tiny piece of fabric numbered 1 - 17 or whatever it calls for, but teacher said to do it. I would have been lost without this. Hope this makes sense. Maybe somebody else can say it better. Oh, yes. Like someone else said....Stay Organized; keep your strips organized.

I have made several and the best help is a wall to put your strips on BEFORE you sew the quilt together. Use scant 1/4" seams.
Use Quilt in a Day for your first one, her books are very easy to follow. Have fun! |

Barb did a tute on bargellos. It all started here. The actual tute starts on page 5 or 6. She makes it look easy. Some day I'll make one.
