A lot of you love the space bags, but what happens when you take the items out? Are they permentaly wrinkled? Will the dryer smooth out the wrinkles? I've never used them bc a friend said the things she put in them came out horridably wrinled.

I got a really cheap and easy way.I take a heavy garbage bag tighten it around the sucker part of my canister vac and suck all the air out and twist tie it.Sometimes you have to redo it but it is alot cheaper than space bags.

I use them for my pillow forms and hadn't thought about batting! Love the description. MY DM today was talking about putting quilts in them just today and hoping for no "explosions" as she called them
