If you find just a thread or two of one of your fabrics lying around, do you inspect it to see if you recognize it?

And... can you identify your stash, by just a couple of threads?

(grin) not that intimate with my fabrics....may be a sign that you need a break....(grin)

Too busy playing with them to notice.

There are too many threads on the floor to figure out which is which. As long as it is not pins, it can wait until the next time I vacuum.

My thoughts, exactly, JUNEC.

Not so much with the threads, but when I was going through my scraps and either cutting 252 rectangles for a scrap quilt or just cutting general sizes, I was able to identify which quilt the fabric was initially used in for every fabric except 1. And man, that one bugged me.

Ditto, JUNEC.
