Hummingbirds and Vines

I have had this picture on my desktop for a very long time as a quilt I would like to do someday. Problem is, I don't remember where it came from. I don't recall if it came from here on the quiltingboard or if I saw it in one of the numerous quilt shops and saved it to my desktop. If anyone could perhaps give me a name of the pattern or any information, it would be greatly appreciated.

I wish it were mine...but alas...I'm looking for the name and/or pattern for it. Maybe it was at one of the numerous quilt shows board members have been to. I don't know where it came from, but, I sure would like the pattern or any information I can get.

That is so pretty. I hope someone can tell you (us) the name of the pattern!

it's a very pretty quilt and i can understand why you want to make it :)
i know this doesn't help now, but when i save a picture, i title/retitle the picture with the info of where i found it ex: hummingbirds QB [insert name of member here], or hummingbirds quilterscachecom [name of website]

That is a lovely quilt. Some of the flowers (morning glory?) look like they might be 3-dimensional.

well, i couldn't find your pattern, but here is a pattern for the blocks that are the background. you'll have to make the lattice strips a bit narrower, i think. http://www.shopfonsandporter.com/pro...Quilt-Pattern/

Marcia Hohn at www.quilterscache.com has a couple of blocks that could be used for these...one is Plaited Block and the other is Octagon and Twist. I've used the Octagon and Twist. I'm thinking that the Plaited Block would work best.
I really, really love the quilt in your picture. Yummy!
