I am paper piecing a Hunter's Star and I was wondering if I should remove the paper before I sew the blocks together. Any suggestions?

Keep the paper on until everything is sewn together, then remove it. It keeps things in place, and makes accurate joining a breeze.

I agree...I left mine in until the end. However, some did fall out throughout the process all on their own. I set a pretty short stitch and was using Carol Doak's paper.....

The only paper i remove is at the seam area that might get folded over and covered up, until i'm done

Hi Barb, no advice on the paper removal. Just wanted to say that I love your schnauzer. He/she is a beautiful dog. I have schnauzers too and they are wonderful family pets.
