I am soooo excited!! It is finally time to go!!
 

The house is as clean as it is going to get. Laundry is caught up and DH's stuff is packed for his work week (he leaves Sundays and comes home Thursdays). The dog is booked into a kennel and the neighbour's kid is looking after the cats.

My bag is packed with two projects, a couple of novels, a bunch of magazines, photos of the grandkids and some of my completed projects, a 'special' quilt for 'show and tell', and some spending money!! Tomorrow morning, I am heading over to DD's house to kiss the grandkids (and pick up my ipod charger) and then heading to the airport. 5 days with my mom and sisters--3 of them at a quilt retreat!!
