Welcome back to the quilting world! :-D Just breath and relax. You will get the hang of your sewing machine. I’ve been making quilts for 31 years but didn’t get my first sewing machine until 98’ or 99’. It took a while for me to get the hang of it only because I was a bit intimidated. Soon you will know your sewing machine like the back of your hand. :-P

Glad you are having so much fun with your flip flop quilt – remember to post a picture for us to see.

Don’t worry about ‘screwing it up’ you will be fine. Even if you make a mistake it will be alright. You’ll have fun and learn along the way. In the end you’ll have made a beautiful quilt!

You might want to keep a quilting journal of your work so that you can look back – include pictures if you can. Wish I had done that sooner.
