Let us know what you think of it.

It's the only program that will let you use Foundation Factory blocks and design with them. Those programs are great!

Download the latest patch from the Quilt Pro website. Then get out the book and go through it page by page. Don't skip any sections. You might also want to sign up for the forums on Quilt Pro while you're downloading the patch.

It is very easy to learn as long as you follow along with the book at first.

I'm looking forward to see what you design!

Foundation Factory is another program that has blocks in it. Quilt Pro can load them in with your regular quilt pro blocks. There is also a Kansas City Star collection, Mariner's Compass, and several Carol Doak collections. There is also a free block of the day download (I do the last 7 every Sunday) and a free block of the month on the 1st of each month.

Yes, the latest patch/update/bug-fix. http://www.quiltpro.com/update.shtml Click on whichever product you have, download & run. Quilt-Pro came out when most people were still running Windows ME or Windows 98. Windows XP was still the new kid so they have been freely updating to keep Quilt Pro running on the newer operating systems and as people find problems with certain printers, blocks, fabrics, etc.--they fix the bugs.

Poke around on the Quilt Pro website for a while.

I totally agree about studying the book first. I thought I could just dive in and use this but I was wrong. When I looked up in the book how to do what I was looking for (transform block into Foundation Block) it worked like a dream.
