I happen to have bought this at the regular price when it first came out. It's a good resource for inspiration and for patterns. it's a standalone product. you don't need to buy anything else to use it. At the latest sale price, it's definitely a bargain! Yes, it includes it. I downloaded it and it installs the magazine issues and block factory. All the blocks are there by issue and you can print templates, foundations, etc.
