Do you mean here on the board, or in another group? Here on the board, I'm sure if you pm the leader, they will be able to put out feelers for a replacement. I can't imagine you'd hurt feelings, unless you are telling people you are getting out because you don't like their work. I think everyone understands when someone has circumstances that make participation possible...

A Round Robin swap? That's a real hard commitment to break once it's started but any organizer of a swap always has a plan B so let her know as soon as possible.

Depending on how far along you are, it may give someone else a chance to join in or rather to take your spot.
